The kids are going back to school. I guess it’s time to drain the pool! The weather will be cooling down. We’re heading into the holidays oh boy!
Let’s take this slow…
Yes, there’s a lot going to be going on, but we don’t have to overwhelm ourselves with any of it.
The best thing to do is to make a plan whether it’s for that day the next day for the month of the year for all of the above.
There are many ways that you can do that nowadays:
- Make a list of all the things that you see coming up in the month until January.
- Now break that list down into priority factors, and due dates.
- Using a calendar with space for writing works very well.
- Also make sure that you’re not doing things that you don’t need to do because there’s so many things we need to do nowadays so sometimes you have to pick your battles. Remember you need time for yourself otherwise you can’t be there for others.
- Make sure when you’re setting these calls and you’re making the plans that you are giving yourself enough time. For example, drive time and definitely don’t forget time for yourself.
- After you get the list, all set up in your goals in place. Always remember to treat yourself gentle and kind and have patience with yourself. The list you made and the goals that you’re put in place or guidelines of course you want them to work out well but life comes along and changes things sometimes main thing that you can do I stay joyful and grateful and if you have to have a big eraser!!
